Using this website
This website gives information about the sofas made by HAPSI Industries and helps you get in touch with us. Please use it lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it. We provide the information on the site in good faith, but it may change without notice.
Products shown are representative
Photographs, descriptions and specifications on this website are for illustration. The sofa you receive may differ in appearance, size, colour or upholstery from what is shown. Where a detail is shown as “Details on request”, it has not been published on the site and will be shared when you enquire.
Customized orders
A customized sofa is confirmed only when HAPSI Industries sends you a written or WhatsApp quote and you accept it. The design, size, layout and upholstery are as agreed in that quote. Filling in an enquiry form or sending an enquiry message is a request for a quote and is not an order.
Pricing and delivery
Any price, availability or delivery arrangement mentioned on this website or in an enquiry is subject to confirmation by HAPSI Industries. The details that apply to your order are the ones confirmed in your quote.
Enquiry forms and WhatsApp
The enquiry forms prepare a message in WhatsApp on your device. We receive it only when you press Send. Use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.
Limitation of liability
